Outdoor Track: Competed in five individual meets and two relays...Ran a season-best 400m time of 1:00.03 at the Bison Outdoor Classic...Finished 2nd in the 100m and 3rd in the 200m at the Hamilton Invite...Helped the 4x400m relay place 10th at the Patriot League Championships (3:58.80) and 1st at Hamilton (4:05.75)...Also competed in the 4x100m relay at the Patriot League Championships.
Indoor Track: Competed in eight meets...Ran a season-best 400m of 1:00.31 at the Patriot League Championships...Also ran the 200m and 60m throughout the season...Helped the 4x400m relay to an 8th-place finish at the Patriot League Championships and posted top-10 finishes in the relay at multiple meets.

Outdoor Track: Ran in 5 meets...Finished third in the 400m at the UB Alumni Invitational...Ran a personal best 1:02.17 in the 400m at the Patriot League Championships...Finished third in the 400m at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
Indoor Track: Ran in 5 meets… Ran a personal best in the 60m with a time of 8.48 at the Greg Pages Relays… Finished 4th in the 400m at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational… Member of the women’s distance medley relay team at the Patriot League Indoor Championships.

Before Colgate
Led Columbia Grammar & Preparatory School to both an Indoor and Outdoor NYCAL championship in 2022…Also won an NYCAL Outdoor championship in 2023…Holds the school record in the 4x100m and 4x200m relay, where she ran anchor in both…Four-year varsity member of the volleyball team, where she also won an NYCAL championship in 2021.
