Senior Year (2007): Cross Country—Colgate’s No. 2 runner for much of the season … Finished 25th at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship to become first Colgate runner to earn all-region recognition … Captured the ECAC Championship title with a time of 18:14 … First Colgate runner to win  Selected to the all-Patriot League first team after taking fourth in the championship meet with a season-best 6k time of 21:28 … Broke the 18-minute mark with a career-fast time of 17:54 to take ninth at the Albany Invitational … Finished 69th of 317 runners at the Paul Short Invitational … Took second at the Harry Lang Invitational … Led Colgate in the team’s final two races.

Indoor Track—Competed in just two meets…finished fifth in 800 at SLU Open and sixth in 600 at San Juan Invitational. Outdoor Track—Member of record-breaking 4x800 relay team that placed fourth at Patriot League Championships…part of 4x800 relay that won Bison Outdoor Classic...competed with 3200 relay team at ECAC Championships…member of 4x800 that earned fifth place at Penn Relays.
