  • Marked a career-high of three service aces and season-high of 10 digs and five kills in the five-set win over American (April 2) in the Patriot League Semifinals
  • Added another five kills while hitting .500 and nine digs in the Patriot League Championship (April 3) against Army
  • Had a perfect serve and service reception on six occasions.
2019 (Freshman)
Matches/Sets/Starts: 29/99/6
  • Posted 200 digs, 15 service aces, 25 assists, and 15 kills
  • Had a standout match against VCU (Sept. 21), recorded a season-high of 19 digs and nine kills … also added her lone block of the season in the same match
  • Earned double-digit digs in 11 matches
  • Posted a season-high of nine assists in the NIVC Second Round vs. Tulane (Dec. 7), and neared a double-double by adding 10 digs
  • Had a trio of multi-ace matches, recording two against Holy Cross (Oct. 3), Bucknell (Oct. 19), and at Bucknell (Nov. 16)
  • Closed out the season with three straight double-digit dig performances.
Before Colgate
A three-sport athlete at Marymount High School … played with the Sunshine Volleyball Club out of Los Angeles … totaled 408 digs and 40 aces in her senior season … served as team captain in the 2018 campaign … the Marymount program was a four-time Mission League Champion … Carfino was named to First Team All-League honors in three consecutive seasons.
