Outdoor Track: Competed at 6 meets...Threw personal best 45.14m in the hammer throw at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational...Placed third in the hammer throw at the UB Alumni Invitational
Indoor Track: Competed in 4 meets… Finished 5th in the weight throw at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational… Finished 10th in the weight throw at the Ramapo College opener.

Junior (2022-23)
Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets… Finished 10th in men’s discus at the Holy Cross Invitational with a distance of 39.90m…Threw a distance of 43.33m in the men’s hammer throw for a 16th place finish.
Indoor Track: Competed in seven meets… Threw a distance of 14.31m in the men’s weight throw… Sported an eighth place finish at the Southern Tier Invitational at Cornell University.

Sophomore (2021-22)
Outdoor Track: Competed in six meets …recorded a PR and placed 12th in the discus at the Lafayette Open .... finished second in the hammer throw at the UB Spring Opener ...notched a PR and placed 14th in the hammer throw at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship. 
Indoor Track: Participated in five meets … notched a seventh place finish in the weight throw at the Rampo Season Opener ...threw a PR in the weight throw and took home first place at the Colgate Class of '32 Invite ...placed 17th in the weight throw at the Patriot League Indoor Championship. 

Freshman (2020-21)
Outdoor Track: Competed in all four outdoor meets … Placed fourth and recorded a personal best in the discus with a mark of 34.68 meters at the Lafayette Field Fest … Threw a personal best in the hammer with a mark of 35.55 meters at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships.
Indoor Track: Competed in both indoor meets … Placed third in the weight throw at the Colgate Invite … Finished fourth in the shot put at the Patriot League Pod Meet.

Before Colgate
Competed in track and field, football and baseball at Highland Park High School…named First Team Academic All-State as a senior…helped lead his team to the 2019 District and Area Championships in Track and Field…Class 5A Division I State Champion in football in 2018…earned the team’s Flying Scots Fighting Heart Award…high school member of National Honor Society, Aviation Club, and Boy Scouts (Eagle Scout).

Born: Nicholas Carl Johnson in Dallas, Texas.
Family: Son of Robert and Kelly Johnson…has one sister Carlyn…mother and father graduated from Colgate in 1994 and both competed in track and field.
