Outdoor Track: Ran in 2 meets...Set new personal best 54.91 in 400m at Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
Indoor Track: Ran in 3 meets.. Ran a personal best in the 500m at the Greg Pages Relays… Member of the men’s 4x400m team at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational finishing in 3rd… Ran the 800m at the 25th Annual Bison Open.

First Year (2022-23)
Outdoor Track: Ran in five meets… Ran a time of 2:02:02 in the men’s 800m at the Bison Outdoor Classic… sported an eighth place finish in the men’s 800m at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite.
Indoor Track: Ran in three meets… Ran a time of 2:12:97 in men’s 800m at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational... Ran the men’s 600m at the Ramapo College Opener for a personal best of 1:32:39

Before Colgate
Was a four-year member of the cross country and track & field team at Trevor Day School …helped cross country team win the NYCAL conference championship in 2019 …posted a 5k time of 19:03…as a member of the track team he earned NYCAL All-League honors and won the 400-meter conference championship during his senior season (2022) …also named team captain as a senior…earned a Silver Key in the Scholastic Arts and Writing Competition…served as a Peer Leader at his school.
