Outdoor Track: Competed in all seven meets ...posted a PR and won the 1500-meter run at the Lafayette Open ...won the 5000-meter run at the Holy Cross Invitational ...finished 10th in the 10,000-meter run at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship ...placed eighth in the 5000 at the IC4A/ECAC Championship. 
Indoor Track: Ran in all six meets ... won the 3000-meter run at the Ramapo Season Opener ...took first place in the mile with a time of 5:15.31 at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational ...helped distance medley relay team to second place finish at Utica Pioneer Invite ... posted a PR time of 9:48.26 in the 3000-meter run and took 13th at the IC4A/ECAC Championship. 

Junior (2020-21)
Outdoor Track: Won the 5K at the Lehigh Season Opener with a time of 17:48.34 … Ran a personal best in the 1,500-meter race at the 2021 Lafayette Open with a time of 4:48.79 … Notched a personal best in the 5K with a time of 17:22.70 at the Bucknell Quad meet.
Indoor Track: Ran at one indoor meet for Colgate … Ran a personal best in the 3,000-meter race as her time of 10:16.13 was good for first at the Patriot League Pod Meet.

Sophomore (2019-20)
Indoor Track: Appeared in six meets ... Placed third in the 3000 Meter Run at the Moravian College Invitational with a time of 11:02.15 ... Ran a career best in the mile at the Marc Deneault Invitational with a time of 5:26.73 ... Recorded a PR at the UAlbany Winter Classic in the 3000 Meter Run with a pace of 10:47.70.

Freshman (2018-19) 
Outdoor Track: Competed in six meets ... Won the One Mile Run in the open division at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite with a season-best time of 5:32.15 ... Had her best time of the season in the 800 Meter Run at the Hamilton Invitational when she crossed the line in 2:29.27 ... Capped her season at the Patriot League Championships with a season-best time of 5:03.67 in the 1500 Meter Run. 
Indoor Track: Took part in six meets ... Ran her best time of the year in the 800 Meter Run at the Patriot League Championships when she crossed the line in 2:26.84 ... Had a pair of top-10 finishes on the season. 

Before Colgate
Graduated from Byram Hills High School in 2018…Lettered in cross country and track and field…Member of the Peer Tutor, Habitat for Humanity and Student Athlete Leadership groups. 
Honors: Was a three-time all-league selection in cross country…Was a four-time all-league selection in track & field ... Part of two different cross country league championship teams ...
