Outdoor Track: Competed in six meets... Threw a season’s best in the women’s javelin throw at the ECAC Outdoor Championships with a distance of 34.23m… Finished first in the women’s javelin throw at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite… Scored a ninth place finish in the women’s high jump at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational.
Indoor Track: Jumped in seven meets... Scored a second place finish and a personal best in the women’s long jump at the Utica Blue & Orange Invite with a distance of 5.11m... Finished first in the women’s long jump and second in the women’s high jump at the Colgate Class of ‘32 Invitational... Jumped a personal best in the women’s high jump at the Patriot League Championships with a height of 1.50m

Sophomore (2021-22)
Outdoor Track: Participated in six meets ...placed seventh in the high jump at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational ...took third in the javelin throw, fifth in the high jump, and sixth in the long jump at the Lafayette Open ...placed second in the javelin at the UB Spring Opener ...earned 10th place in the javelin at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship. 
Indoor Track:  Jumped in two meets...won the high jump at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational. 

Freshman (2020-21)
Outdoor Track: Participated in all four outdoor meets for the Raiders … Notched a personal best in the high jump with a mark of 1.50 meters at the Lehigh Season Opener … Took first in the javelin with a throw of 34.44 meters at the Lafayette Field Fest … Recorded a personal best in the javelin at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with a mark of 36.52 meters.
Indoor Track: Competed in both indoor meets … Placed second in the high jump with a mark of 1.45 meters at the Colgate Invite … Recorded a personal best in the shot put with a throw of 8.61 meters at the Patriot League Pod Meet.

Before Colgate
Ranked ninth at the 2019 District 3 Championships in the Javelin with a personal-best heave of 37.9 meters…posted a personal record in the High Jump with a mark of 1.58 meters…named the team’s Most Valuable Player in back-to-back years in 2018 and 2019…selected as the Rookie of the Year in 2017…four-time All-County selection in soccer…was a member of National Honor Society, Student Government, Impact foundation, Link Crew, and National Art Honors.
