Senior (2021)
Raced in all seven of Colgate’s meets…took first at the Harry Lang Invitational with a 4.8K time of 18:03.2… placed third out of 203 runners at the University of Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational, recording a 6K time of 22:06.9…won the UAlbany Invite, completing the 5K in a career-best time of 18:44.6…finished 16^th at the Patriot League Championship with a 6K time of 22:17.9…logged a 5K time of 18:54 and placed 19^th at the IC4A/ECAC Championship.

Junior (2020-21)
Competed in the lone meet for the Raiders … Finished 18th at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 20:53.0.

Sophomore (2019) 
Competed in all seven races for Colgate ... Set a career 5K best at the UAlbany Invitational at 19:10.1 ... Also recorded a 6K PR at the ECAC Championship with 19:44.0 ... Took a top-15 finish at UAlbany Invitational

Freshman (2018)
Competed in all seven races during her rookie campaign ... Began her career with a 15th place finish in the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 20:08.9 ... Registered a PR time for a 6K course at the Paul Short Run when her time of 24:26 was good enough for 193rd overall ... Had a PR for a 5K course at the UAlbany Invite when she was 23rd with a time of 20:02.7 ... Finished 102nd at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 24:59.7 ... Reset her PR time for a 5K course at the ECAC Championships when she finished 121st with a time of 19:23.

Before Colgate
Graduated from Byram Hills High School in 2018…Lettered in cross country and track and field…Member of the Peer Tutor, Habitat for Humanity and Student Athlete Leadership groups. 
Honors: Was a three-time all-league selection in cross country…Was a four-time all-league selection in track & field ... Part of two different cross country league championship teams ... Part of two different track & field league championship teams, including a Class B title during her sophomore year ... Was named the Female Athlete of the Year for her senior season ...
