Raced in six meets…finished the Harry Lang Invitational with a 4.8k time of 19:12.6…raced a 6k time of 23:18.3 in the ECAC/IC4A…finished with a 23:06.5 in the Patriot League Championships…crossed the finish line with a 6k time of 22:44.6 at the NCAA Regionals. 

Junior (2021)
Competed in all seven of the Raiders’ meets…placed 39^th out of 203 runners at the University of Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational, recording a 6K time of 24:07.3…clocked a career-best 5K time of 19:50.0 at the UAlbany Invite…. logged a 64^th place finish posting a time of 20:09 at the IC4A/ECAC Championship.

Sophomore (2020-21)
Competed in the only meet for the Raiders … Placed 64th at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 23:19.7.

Freshman (2019) 
Competed in five races for Colgate ... Finished 70th at the Harry Lang Invitational in her college debut ... Earned a top-50 finish and a 5K PR at the UAlbany Invitational with a time of 20:25.7 ... Set a 6K best at Lehigh's Paul Short Run with 24:22.6.

Before Colgate
Graduated from Jenkintown High School…lettered in cross country, track and field, and lacrosse…two-time First Team All-League honoree in cross country…earned Second Team All-League accolades in track for the 3200-meter run in 2016-17…senior class president…also a member of National Honor Society, Relay for Life, and World Language Honors Society.
