Both squads earn runner-up finish

ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The cross country teams competed at the Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational on Saturday with both squads earning a runner-up finish.

COACH FRANCE'S COMMENTS
"I was very impressed with the way both teams competed this weekend. To come away with strong second-place finishes on both the men's and women's sides behind a nationally ranked Geneseo team is a great result at this stage of the season. More importantly, I thought we showed a lot of growth in how we approached the races. Many of our athletes are learning how to navigate different race situations and develop the tactical skills that will be incredibly valuable later in the year."

"We had huge performances from Nell, Lucy, Dakin, and Will, all finishing in the top five of the meet and leading the way for our teams. We're exactly where we need to be at this point in the season, and I'm excited to see how we continue to build from here. We'll get another great test at Lehigh, and we're looking forward to the opportunity to compete again."
