Hailey Dobbins Joins Women's Lacrosse Staff

Dobbins welcomed to Raiders as assistant coach

HAMILTON - Alyssa Guido and the women's lacrosse team welcomed Hailey Dobbins as an assistant coach, the team announced on Wednesday.

Dobbins has coached five years at the Division I level most recently at Old Dominion University as the defensive coordinator. She helped the Monarchs build a defensive unit that had the program's second lowest GAA in the past decade and earn their most wins since 2017.

"Super excited to bring Hailey on board to work with as our defensive coordinator," Coach Guido added. "She brings a level of knowledge and intensity that will help our defensive unit grow and accelerate."

Prior to Dobbins' time at ODU, she spent one season in the Patriot League with American University. She helped guide the Eagles to their most regular season wins in program history and a return to the Patriot League Tournament for the first time in nine years.

During her playing days, Dobbins earned Conference Carolinas Defensive Player of the Year at Mount Olive in 2017 before collecting All-American and SUNYAC Defensive Player of the Year honors at SUNY Cortland in 2018. She capped off her collegiate career at Lindenwood where she won the 2021 NCAA DII National Championship and earned GLVC First Team All-Conference honors.

Dobbins graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from SUNY Cortland before earning her Master of Business Administration in Marketing at Lindenwood University.
