Colgate Rallies but Falls in Overtime to Boston U.

Raiders erase 16-point deficit before dropping 77-70 decision

HAMILTON, N.Y. — Colgate's 40-point second half helped the Raiders overcome a 16-point deficit and force overtime against Boston U. The Terriers jumped ahead early in overtime and secured a 77-70 victory.

Multiple Raiders stepped up in the third quarter, boosting Colgate's offensive momentum. Late in the period, Laila Hankerson sparked hope for the Raiders. In a two-minute span, she played lockdown defense with two steals, scored three points from the free-throw line and grabbed a rebound.
