Raiders Lead Comeback over Holy Cross

Schachter, Bourne net goals on either side of the half



HAMILTON - Otto Bourne's 70th minute strike propelled the Raiders to a 2-1 win over Holy Cross on Saturday at Beyer-Small '76 Field.

With the score tied 1-1, Bourne picked up a loose ball inside the 18-yard box and fired into the Crusader defender before picking up the rebound and finding the side netting with 20 minutes to go.

Holy Cross took an early lead but Ryan Schachter hit a picture perfect free kick into the top right corner moments later to equalize for the Raiders.

Gavin Vichengrad made six stops between the pipes for Colgate to earn his third win of the season.
