BOSTON - The Raiders dropped a Patriot League contest to Boston University by a score of 1-0 at Nickerson Field in Boston, Mass. on Friday night.
HOW IT HAPPENED
The first half began with Colgate setting an assertive tone early as Blake Pipkin tested the Boston U. goalkeeper, Sheraz Saadat, with a shot in the ninth minute. Although Cason Stafford and Drew Stephans each attempted shots, their efforts went just wide of the target. Colgate's defense remained resilient, with Eric Widrick making a crucial save against Andrea Di Blasio's attempt in the 19th minute.
