2022 Colgate Football Schedule

HAMILTON – Let the countdown begin.

Colgate's 2022 football schedule features 11 regular season games, including four matchups at Crown Field at Andy Kerr Stadium. The non-conference slate pits the Raiders with road games at Stanford, Maine, Penn, and Army, along with a home contest against nearby Ivy League foe Cornell.

The season starts Sept. 3 at Stanford which will be the first-ever meeting between the two teams. Colgate stays on the road for its next two games at Maine (Sept. 10) and Penn (Sept. 17) before returning home for the Patriot League opener against Holy Cross on Sept. 24.

Colgate remains home for the 103rd all-time meeting with Cornell on Oct. 1 before wrapping up non-conference action at Army two weeks later on Oct. 15. After its second FBS meeting of the regular season, the Raiders conclude the month of October with a home game against Georgetown on Oct. 22 and a road bout at Bucknell Oct. 29.

Colgate's final home game of the regular season will be Nov. 5 against Lafayette. Back on the road, the Raiders wrap up the regular season at Lehigh (Nov. 12) and Fordham (Nov. 19).

The Raiders are looking to build off of a successful season under second-year head coach Stan Dakosty. Colgate won its final three games to claim second place in the Patriot League standings with a 5-1 conference record, its best finish since going unbeaten (6-0) en route to the FCS Quarterfinals in 2018.
