FROM THE SOURCE
On the men's performance at the Patriot League Championships, head coach Harlis Meaders said, "It was an exciting two days here at West Point and we leave the campus and wrap up the regular season a better team. The men's team endured a tough break in the 4x100 as the men were ready to run well but missed the first exchange. Johna did a great job in regaining his focus and running under 11 seconds in the 100-meter final, backing up his performance from yesterday. The men in the 5K each ran close to season-best performances as did the men's 4x400 to wrap up the day.
"Considering everything that we have gone through as a nation, a university and as a program, it's been a very successful year for both the men's and women's teams. We are thankful for the assistance this year from
Heather Wilson our athletic trainer,
Juliana Smith our SWA, and everyone else at Colgate that has helped to make this season possible for our kids and our coaching staff."
