FULL RESULTS
 
BOSTON – Three Raiders earned event titles in Colgate's first competition since November, but the Colgate women's swimming and diving team dropped a 182-99 dual meet at Boston University Saturday evening.
 
First-years Beth Caruana and Caroline LaPlante, as well as senior Megan Gallagher, each took home first-place finishes.

INDIVIDUAL WOMEN'S HIGHLIGHTS

• Caruana started the meet off on a high note, winning the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 58.72.
• Gallagher grabbed Colgate's second event title of the day with a first-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle. She finished in a time of 1:53.94. Gallagher later placed second in the 500-yard freestyle with a mark of 5:07.42.
• LaPlante won the three-meter dive with a final score of 260.62. She then finished third in the 1-meter dive with a mark of 217.87.
• Several Raiders secured second-place finishes including Lauren deTorres (100 and 200 Breast), Maggie Carney (100 and 200 Fly), Bernadette Tankle (1,000 Free), Liv Castro (50 Free) and Kiersten Daly (400 IM).
