Straight From The Source
Head Coach Kathy Brawn on Sunday's Match
• "We come away from the weekend 2-0 which is terrific. There were times where we moved the ball very well but we needed to be a little more discipline about some things.
"UMass. Lowell came out with a great game plan with terrific energy and it took us a little while to break some of that down. To find a way to win, though, is always a good thing so we'll take that and build upon it."
Brawn on Welcoming Nearby Rival Syracuse on Thursday
• "We are two programs that are very familiar with each other. Obviously Syracuse is an outstanding team. We will look for some of the match ups we want to focus on and we've got some things that we think we can do that will be successful. Hopefully that's how the game plays out but we know that both teams are going to be eager and ready for it."
