From The SourceHead Coach Andy Waeger(On Event)"This was a good matchup for us as we were able to go head-to-head with one of the better teams in the Patriot League and our women certainly stepped up to the challenge. We had a lot of our athletes out of their comfort zones today and they responded with some season and lifetime best times in those events. We had a couple of solid 1-2-3's and our sprint events were very strong for us today."
"On the men's side, we had a lot of people step up and show us what they got in preparation for the second half of the season. I know that they are going to continue to train super hard for the spring semester.
"It's tough to name specific names on the women's side today as this was such a team win. Going into the last relay, we had to go first and third to win the meet. To have both our upperclassmen and three freshmen and a sophomore step up and claim first and third win speaks volumes of this program and where it is heading.
"The way we finished off the first semester of competition with the women going 6-0 is both phenomenal and exciting for the program. We are certainly excited to ride this momentum into the spring semester. We are looking forward to returning to Bucknell in mid-February for the Patriot League Championships. This was a great trial run for both our men and our women."
