Last but not least Green who hit the game-winning three accounted for 10 points, five rebounds, and a game-high six assists.

Colgate (7-20, 4-8) took an early 2-0 lead over Navy (14-12, 7-5), but the Mids responded with a three-pointer and took control of the game with a 13-8 run over a four-minute span. Navy was able to increase its lead to 10 points with 7:33 left in the half, until Green went on a personal 5-0 run to make the score 28-23 with 5:04 remaining.  A layup from Audrey Bauer ended the 4:26 scoring drought for the Mids and gave Navy a seven point lead with 3:07 left. To finish the half the seniors got things going as Korkowski hit a jumper with six seconds remaining to trim the lead to 34-31 as both teams entered the locker room.

Out of the locker room the Raiders were able to bring Navy's lead to 36-35 with 16:58 left in the contest with baskets from Repoli and Oakes, but the Mids responded with two consecutive three pointers to give themselves some breathing room as they led 42-36. The Mids continued to put pressure on the Raiders as they increased their lead to 48-38 mid-way through the half. But a quick 7-2 run brought the Raiders within five. Jade Geif then answered back for the Mids to push their lead back to 54-45 with 8:24 remaining. Over the next 2:28 Colgate found itself in striking distance as it cut Navy's lead to 56-55 with 5:36 left in the contest. With 4:26 left in the game Lauryn Kobiela found Korkowski for a jumper that needed a little shooters touch to drop in and gave the Raiders a 57-56 lead, their first since leading 2-0 the first half. Kobiela then hit a jumper of her own to push the Raiders lead to 59-56 with 3:38 remaining. Geif came through in the clutch again for Navy converting a fast break lay-up with 2:05 left and Erin Edwards hit a pull-up jumper to give the Mids a 60-59 lead with 30 seconds left in action. Colgate needed a senior to step up, and Green came through with the biggest three pointer of her career with 18 seconds remaining to give the Raiders a 62-60 victory over Navy.

The Raiders forced Navy into 11 turnovers while keeping their own turnovers to seven. Colgate shot 44 percent from the field while holding the Mids to 42 percent.
