Senior Year (2015-16): Outdoor Track: Participated in two meets ... Helped the 4x100 meter relay team place fifth at the Lafayette 7-Way Invite on March 6 with a time of 43.77 seconds ... Also ran that event at the Patriot League Championships, helping the Raiders notch a sixth-place finish with a time of 44.35 seconds. Indoor Track: Competed in seven of the eight meets ... Clocked a season-best time in the 400 meters at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 51.83 seconds ... Ran the 200 meters at the Scarlet and White Invitational in 23.82 seconds ... Helped the 4x400 meter relay team during that meet place 11th with a time of 3:26.86 ... Ran the 300 meters at the Greg Page Invite in 37.96 seconds ... Closed out the season helping the distance medley relay team take home fifth at the Patriot League Championships.

Junior Year (2014-15): Outdoor Track: Competed in all seven meets … Grabbed a season-best time in the 200m dash at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, finishing in 20th place with a time of 23.30 seconds … Grabbed another season-best time at the Nazareth Classic, finishing the 400m dash in seventh place with a time of 52.50 seconds … Picked up another top time at the Hamilton College Quad Meet, finishing the 100m dash in fourth place with a time of 11.80 seconds … Registered another season-best performance in the 4x100 relay at the Big Red Invitational, finishing in third place with a time of 44.03 seconds … Finished out the outdoor season by picking up a season-best time in the 4x400 relay, finishing in seventh place with a time of 3:27.39. Indoor Track: Competed in five of the eight meets … Grabbed two of his season-best times at the Greg Page Relays … Finished the 500m run with a time of 1:11.65 and finished the 300m dash with a time of 37.69 seconds … Picked up two more season-best times at the Giegengack Invitational … Finished the 200m dash with a time of 24.04 seconds and finished the 400m dash with a time of 53.43 seconds … Finished off the indoor season by recording another season-best time at the Patriot League Championship, finishing the 4x400 relay in eighth place with a time of 3:23.64 ... Sophomore Year (2013-14): Outdoor Track: Ran in three of the Raiders four meets this season ... Posted a career-best in the 100 meters at the Holy Cross Invite, crossing the finish line in 11.77 ... Also recorded a career-best in the javelin throw at that meet, reaching a distance of 35.63 meters ... At the Army Invite, notched a career-best in the 200 meters with a time of 24.58 before helping the 4x100 relay team post a season-best time of 43.82 at the Patriot League Championships. Indoor Track: Competed in seven of the nine meets for Colgate ... Notched a career-best in the 60, 200, 300, and 400-meter runs throughout the course of the season ... Posted a time of 7.49 in the 60 meters at the Patriot League Championships, 24.56 in the 200 meters at the Hamilton Invite, 39.51 in the 300 meters at the Greg Page Relays, and 54.49 in the 400 meters at the Giegengack Invite ... Also helped the the 4x400 relay team record a season-best time of 3:36.60 at the Robert Kane Invite on Feb. 2 ... Named to the Patriot League and Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Year (2012-13): Outdoor Track: Ran a season-best tme of 11.90 in the 100 meter-dash at Holy Cross and a season-best time of 24.63 in the 200 meter-dash at Army ... Indoor Track: Ran season-best times in the 60 meter-dash and 200 meter-dash (7.75 and 25.27) both at Colgate's Class of 1932 Invitational.

Before Colgate: Was Conference runner-up in three events: 4x100mm Relay, 4x200m Relay and 4x400m Relay ... Member of District championship team and Regional Finalist.
