Senior Year (2016-17)
Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets... Helped Colgate place second in the 4x800 meters at the Delaware Classic, where they finished in 8:36.65... At the Coach P Invitational, he ran the 800 meters in a season-best time of 2:12.81... Recorded another season-best time of 5:03.18 in the 1,500 meters at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational.
Indoor Track: Competed in six meets... Recorded a season-best time of 2:57.12 in the 1,000 meters at the Class of 1932 Track Meet... At the Upstate Challenge, he ran the 500 meters in a season-best time of 1:21.64.

Junior Year (2015-16)
Outdoor Track: Squad member ... Did not compete in any meets.
Indoor Track: Participated in one meet ... Ran the 500 meters at the Greg Page Invite in 1:15.37 ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2014-15) 
Outdoor Track: Competed in three of the seven meets … Recorded a season-best time in the 800m run at the Holy Cross Invitational, finishing with a time of 2:11.71 … Grabbed another season-best time at the Lafayette 7-way Invitational, finishing the 400m dash in 13th place with a time of 59.99 seconds.
Indoor Track: Competed in three of the eight meets … Grabbed two of his season-best times at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational … Finished the 800m run with a time of 2:16.53 and finished the 200m dash with a time of 26.23 seconds…Picked up another season-best time at the Greg Page Relays, finishing the 300m dash with a time of 40.86 seconds … Recorded another top time in the 500m run at the Giegengack Invitational, finishing in 18th place with a time of 1:15.07 ... Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Year (2013-14) 
Outdoor Track: Ran in two meets for the Raiders ... Posted a career-best in the 800 meters at the Holy Cross Invite, crossing the finish line in 2:19.19 ... Also posted a personal-best finish in the 1,500 meters at the Army Invite, after clocking in at 4:57.99. 
Indoor Track: Competed in five of the nine meets this season ... Recorded a career-best in the 1,000 meters at the Hamilton Invite with a time of 2:35.93 before registering three more personal bests throughout the season ... At the Upstate Challenge notched a time of 27.84 in the 200 meters, at the Class of ’32 Invite posted a time of 1:00.78 in the 400 meters and at the Greg Page Invite earned a time of 1:18.93 in the 500 meters.

Before Colgate: Attended Staples High School…Notched PRs in the 5000m (19:45.00), 1600m (5:05.00), and 1000m (3:03.00) during his senior campaign…Member of the 2012 and 2013 FCIAC Indoor/Outdoor Championship teams…Helped his team become back-to-back winners of the CT Class LL Championship in 2012 and 2013…Was also a member of the 2012 Indoor CT Championship Team…Earned Most Dedicated in 2011 for cross country…Member of the Young Democrats and Applied Science Club.
