Junior Year (2015-16)
Outdoor Track: Competed in eight meets... Won the hammer throw at the Delaware Classic, with a throw of 51.70 meters... At the Hamilton College Mid-Week Invitational he won the hammer throw with a distance of 52.34 meters... Also won the hammer throw at the Phoenix Invitational, the Coach P Invitational, and the Ramapo College Track and Field Invitational, with distances of 54.58, 53.25, and 50.71 meters respectively.
Indoor Track: Participated in six meets... Won the weight throw at the Class of 1932 Track Meet with a throw of 15.44 meters... Placed third in the weight throw with a distance of 14.91 at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational... Recorded a season-best distance of 6.26 meters at the Cornell Greg Page Relays... At the Patriot League Indoor Track and Field Championships he posted another season-best distance in the weight throw, with a throw of 16.16 meters.

Outdoor Track: Competed in four meets ... Reached a season-best distance of 51.30 meters in the hammer throw at the Bryant Invitational for second place ... Also threw 49.17 meters at the Patriot League Championships.
Indoor Track: Participated in two meets ... Reached a season-best 14.69 meters in the weight throw at the Patriot League Championships ... Also hit the 14.38 meter mark in the weight throw at the Class of '32 Invite.

Freshman Year (2014-15)
Outdoor Track: Competed in six of the seven meets … Recorded a season-best time in the 4x100 relay at the Big Red Invitational, finishing in third place with a time of 44.03 seconds … Grabbed another season-best performance in the hammer throw at the Patriot League Championship, finishing in 15th place with a distance of 144’ 6.2” (44.08m).
Indoor Track: Competed in two of the eight meets … Recorded a season-best time in the 60m dash at the Hamilton College Continental Invitational, finishing in 18th place with a time of 7.61 seconds … Notched another season-best performance in the 35lb. weight throw at the Class of ’32 Invitational, finishing with a distance of 43’ 5.0” (13.23m).

Before Colgate: Attended Archbishop Mitty High School…Served as team captain during his senior campaign…Earned Second Team All-WCAL selection honors…Also lettered football…Was a member of National Honor Society and National Scholarship Federation.
