Before Colgate: Lettered in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track at Sutton Memorial...Named to the Dual Valley Conference All-Star Second Team for the 400m hurdles in 2016...Earned the Coaches Award his senior year in outdoor track...Won the 2016 DVC Championship in 400m hurdles and 110m hurdles...Won the 2016 District E Decathalon Team Championship where he was one of three scoring members...Won the 2015 DVC Championship in the 110m hurdles and 4x400m.
