Senior Year (2016-17)
Outdoor Track: Competed in four meets... Placed third in the 10,000 meters at the Larry Ellis Invitational, with a time of 31:05.06... Recorded a season-best time of 14:55.76 in the 5,000 meters at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Indoor Track: Competed in seven meets... Won the mile at the Class of 1932 Track Meet with a time of 4:28.88... At the same meet, he helped Colgate place first in the 4x400 meters, finishing in 8:25.88... Placed second in the 3,000 meters at the Utica College Pioneer Invitational 3 in a time of 8:46.15. 

Junior Year (2015-16)
Outdoor Track: Participated in four meets ... Ran the 5,000 meters at the Upstate Challenge in a season-best time of 15:19.42, which earned him first place ... Clocked a time of 31:44.47 at the Patriot League Championships in the 10,000 meters ... Also ran the 1,500 meters in 4:09.68 at the Bryant Invite.
Indoor Track: Competed in three meets ... Finished the mile in a season-best time of 4:22.87 at the Patriot League Championships ... Helped the 4x800 meter relay team post a time of 8:23.68 at the Class of '32 Invite for second place ... Also helped the distance medley relay earn a time of 10:34.04 at the IC4As ... Outdoor Track: Competed in two of the seven meets … Recorded a season-best time in the 3000m run at the Lafayette 7-way Invitational, finishing with a time of 8:55.82 … Grabbed another season-best time at the Yellow Jacket Invitational, finishing the 5000m run with a time 15:43.73.
Indoor Track: Competed three of the eight meets … Notched a season-best time in the 3000m run at the Upstate Challenge, finishing in 19th place with a time of 9:04.37 … Grabbed another top performance at the Giegengack Invitational, finishing the 5000m run in 15th place, with a time of 15:39.91 ... Earned the team's Most Improved Player Award and named to the Patriot League and Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Year (2013-14)
Outdoor Track: Ran in two meets this season ... Posted a career-best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 15:47.20 at the Holy Cross Invite ... Also recorded a career-best in the 1,500 meters at the Army Invite, clocking in with a time of 4:12.22. 
Indoor Track: Competed in four of the nine meets this season ... Notched ninth place at the Hamilton Invite with a time of 9:19.69 for a career-best ... Also posted a career-best time of 4:37.42 in the mile at the Robert Kane Invite ... Helped the 4x400 meter relay squad notch a season-best time of 3:47.15 at the Upstate Challenge on Jan. 25.
