Senior Year (2016-17)
Outdoor Track: Competed in four meets... Had a great showing at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational, where he placed third in the 200 meters with a time of 23.59... At the same meet he helped Colgate finish second in the 4x400 meters, and third in the 4x100 meters, finishing in 3:32.85 and 43.29 respectively.
Indoor Track: Participated in five meets... Helped Colgate finish second in the 4x400 meters at the Class of 1932 Track Meet, finishing in 3:27.10... At the Utica College Pioneer Invitational, helped Colgate place second in both the 4x400 meters and the 4x200 meters, where the teams finished in 3:28.24 and 1:37.40 respectively... Ran a season-best time of 23.02 in the 200 meters at the Patriot League Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Junior Year (2015-16)
Outdoor Track: Competed in two meets ... Ran a leg of the 4x100 meter relay, helping the team finish in 43.77 seconds at the Lafayette 7-Way Invitational ... Also helped the 4x400 meter relay during that meet tally third place after clocking a time of 3:24.08.
Indoor Track: Participated in five meets ... Ran the 400 meters in a season-best time of 52.97 seconds ... At the Patriot League Championships, posted a time of 22.87 seconds in the 200 meters, before helping the 4x400 meter relay team place eighth with a time of 3:24.03 ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll... Member of 2015 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2014-15)
Outdoor Track: Competed in three of the seven meets … Recorded a season-best time in the 4x400 relay at the Lafayette 7-way Invitational, finishing in first place with a time of 3:29.04 … Registered another season-best time in the 4x100 relay at the Big Red Invitational, finishing in third place with a time of 44.03 seconds.
Indoor Track: Competed in five of the eight meets … Recorded a season-best time in the 400m dash at the Upstate Challenge, finishing in 17th place with a time of 53.05 seconds … Rounded out the season by picking up two more season-best times in the 200m dash and the 4x400 relay … Finished the 200m dash in 13th place with a time of 22.73 seconds and finished the 4x400 relay in eighth place with a time of 3:23.64.

Freshman Year (2013-14)
Outdoor Track: Competed at the Patriot League Championships with the 4x100 relay team, notching a time of43.82. Indoor Track: Ran in six of the Raiders nine meets this season... Recorded a career-best time of 22.99 and 52.10 in the 200 and 400 meters, respectively, at the Boston U. Invite and the Hamilton Invite...Also helped the 4x400 relay team finish sixth at the Patriot League Championships, clocking in at 3:26.44.

Football: Played three seasons of Colgate football.
