Played five years of varsity football at The First Academy (Orlando, Fla.) then Osceola (Fla.) High School…earned All-County, All-District, and All-State honors at Osceola…played center and right tackle for his high school squad…competitive weight lifter and on the track & field team in high school…member of 4-H…volunteer for Kids Beating Cancer…initially enrolled at the University of Central Florida where he completed two years...top 50 academically in his class…graduated with honors…finished high school with an Associate of Arts degree…National Honor Society.

Born: Thomas Francis Kearney Gearity
Family: Son of Douglas and Chris Gearity…two brothers (Douglas and Gerard), one sister (Jeanne). Brother Gerard is a member of the Colgate Class of 2030 and also plays football.
