Outdoor: Competed in five meets ....posted a PR and took fifth in the 3000-meter run at the UB Spring Opener ...recorded a PR in the 5000-meter run at the Bison Outdoor Classic.
Indoor: Participated in four meets ...took second in the mile at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational ....placed third in the mile at the Utica Pioneer Invite...helped distance medley relay team to ninth place finish at Patriot League Championship. 

Sophomore (2020-21)
Outdoor Track: Competed in all four outdoor meets … Placed second in the 5K at the Lehigh Season Opener … Ran a personal best in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 5:11.01 at the 2021 Lafayette Open … Notched a personal best in the 5K with a time of 18:20.94 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships.
Indoor Track: Ran in one indoor meet … Finished seventh in the mile with a time of 5:34.59.

Freshman (2019-20)
Indoor Track: Appeared in five meets ... Ran her fastest time in the 3000 Meters at the Blue and Orange Invitational with 11:18.01 ... Ran her quickest mile at the Patriot League Indoor Championships with a pace of 5:29.11.

Before Colgate
Graduated from Jenkintown High School…lettered in cross country, track and field, and lacrosse…two-time First Team All-League honoree in cross country…earned Second Team All-League accolades in track for the 3200-meter run in 2016-17…senior class president…also a member of National Honor Society, Relay for Life, and World Language Honors Society.
