Outdoor Track: Competed in five meets... Ran a season-best in the 400 meter hurdles at the Big Red Outdoor Invitational with a time of 1:08.35... Helped the 4x400 meter relay team place fourth at the Delaware Classic with a time of 4:25.16.
Indoor Track: Competed in seven meets ... Recorded a season-best time of 1:02.85 in the 400 meters at the Patriot League Indoor Track and Field Championships... At the Class of 1932 Track Meet, she ran the 500 meters in a time of 1:23.96... Ran the 300 meters in a time of 46.33 at the Cornell Greg Page Relays meet. 

Junior Year (2015-16)
Outdoor Track: Competed in all four meets ... Ran a season-best in the 400 meter hurdles at the Patriot League Championships after clocking a time of 1:08.77 ... Helped the 4x400 meter relay team place second at the Upstate Challenge with a time of 4:19.01.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets ... Clocked a season-best time in the 400 meters at the Patriot League Championships after posting a time of 1:03.38 ... Sophomore Year (2014-15)
Outdoor Track: Competed in three of the seven meets … Recorded a season-best time in the 200m dash at the Holy Cross Invitational, finishing with a time of 28.48 … Notched another season-best time in the 400m dash at the Lafayette 7-way Invitational, finishing in 10th place with a time of 1:06.75.
Indoor Track: Competed in one meet … Ran a season-best time in the 600m run, finishing in eighth place with a time of 1:53.09 ... Named to the Patriot League and Raider Academic Honor Roll.

Freshman Year (2013-14)
Outdoor Track: Competed in two meets and posted a lifetime-best at the Lafayette Invite, where she earned a time of 1:13.29 in the 400 meter hurdles ... Also ran the 400m hurdles at the Albany Invite and posted a time of 1:16.14. 
Indoor Track: Participated in two meets this season ... Ran a personal-best at the Upstate Challenge in the 200 and 400 meters with times of 28.63 and 1:05.78, respectively ... Also registered a team win in the distance medley relay at the Class of ’32 Invite with a time of 13:39.17 ... Named to the Patriot League and Academic Honor Roll.

Before Colgate: Attended RHAM High School…Notched personal bests in the 200m dash with a time of 27.88 and the 400m dash with a time of 1:02.47 during her career…Served as captain of indoor/outdoor track in her senior season…Was a Class M State Champion in 2011 as a member of  the sprint medley team…Earned Class M All-State team honors for indoor track in 2011…Chosen as a member of the 2011 All-Courant Indoor Track and Field Team…Earned Class L All-Conference accolades in 2013 for outdoor track…Member of National Honor Society, DECA, and Ski and Snowboard Club.
