Junior Year (2017-18)
Outdoor Track: Competed in four meets... Placed 12th in the 800 meters at the Hamilton College Mid-Week Invitational in a season-best time of 2.06.41.
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets... Placed ninth in the 800 meters at the Colgate University Class of 1932 Invitational with a time of 2.09.14... Recorded a personal-best time of 1.13.69 in the 500 meters at the Cornell Upstate Challenge... Helped the 4x400 meter team to a fourth place finish at the same meet with a time of 3.36.89.

Sophomore Year (2016)
Competed in five events... Placed 33rd in the 7.8 km at the Binghamton Cross Country Meet, finishing in 29:54.4... Ran a season-best time in the 8 km at the Paul Short meet, clocking in at 28:54.8.

Freshman Year (2015)
Ran in four of Colgate's seven meets this season ... Competed in his first collegiate race on Sept. 5 at the Harry H. Lang Invitational, where he clocked a time of 24:57.3 ... Had a solid outing at the Yellowjacket Invitatiional, posting a time of 31:06.2 ... Finished Colgate's best runner at the Cazenovia with a time of 29:59 ...  Closed out the season at the Albany Invitational with a time of 28:49.6 ... Named to the Raider Academic Honor Roll ... Earned the team's Outstanding First-Year Award.
