Before Colgate: Was a four-year varsity member of the soccer team at Staples High school...was a captain in the 2010 season...selected to the 2010 All-FCIAC First Team and the 2010 Norwalk Hour All-Area First Team...named to the 2010 Connecticut Post All-Area team and was selected to the 2010 CSCA Senior Bowl...his team was the 2009 Connecticut High School State Champion and was a Connecticut State Finalist in 2010..team also won the FCIAC Championship in 2008, 2009, and 2010...named to the Players to Be Watched List on ESPN Rise Magazine...played club soccer for the Beachside Soccer Club...also lettered in basketball and baseball...member of the National Honor Society.
