Colgate University Athletics

Senior Year (2013-14): Played in 19 matches for the Raiders ... won five matches in both singles and doubles ... appeared in the top spot for most of the season in singles and doubles ... teamed up with classmate Alex Petrini. 

Junior Year (2012-13): Moved up to the No. 1 spot in singles and was named second team All-Patriot League ... went 5-12 overall ... was great in doubles with a 11-6 record with Merideth Rock at both the No. 1 and 2 spots ... the pair won their first eight matches of the season ... helped Colgate make another Patriot League Semifinal with a tournament win over Lehigh as the No. 4 seed. 

Sophomore Year (2011-12): Played all season at the No. 2 spot in singles and appeared in the lineup in doubles at both the No. 1 and 2 spots ... went 7-12 overall in singles ... won a Patriot League Tournament match against Lehigh ... played with Kelsey Wanhainen in doubles and went 6-10 overall ... had a 5-6 record in the second spot with Wanhainen ... played four matches with Merideth Rock and went 1-3. 

Freshman Year (2010-11): Appeared in 18 matches in singles during the dual season and played from the second to fourth spots ... played 10 matches at the third spot and went 3-7 ... went 1-3 at the second and fourth positions ... appeared in 14 doubles matches and went 3-7 with Stephanie Bender at the second spot during the year.

Before Colgate: Played tennis and soccer at Greenwich High School ... three-time Fairfield County Interscholastic Athletic Conference champion from 2007-2009 in tennis ... three-time Connecticut State Champion ... was the most improved player in 2009 ... team captain of the soccer team as a senior.

Personal: Kelsey Burke Shea...is the daughter of Timothy and Judith Shea ... has one brother, Ryan ... member of the National Honor Society at Greenwich.
