Biography

Senior Year (2012): Named a captain...played in all 18 games as a long stick midfielder...finished the season with four points from three goals and one assist...was also second on the team with 56 groundballs and 24 caused turnovers...tallied goals in the wins over Binghamton, Army and No. 7 Lehigh...his assist was in the league win over Bucknell...had a season-high seven groundballs in the win over Vermont, which earned him the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week award on Feb. 20...had six groundballs and two caused turnovers in the win over Bryant in the season opener...also collected five groundballs in the wins over undefeated No. 13 Fairfield and Army...grabbed four groundballs on three occasions...recorded a career-high five caused turnovers in the 24-14 win over Robert Morris...also caused three turnovers in the setback to Dartmouth and in the win over No. 6/9 Maryland...had 3.11 groundballs per game and 1.33 caused turnovers per game...completes his season with 49 collegiate appearances, five career points from four goals and one asssist, 74 career groundballs and 27 career caused turnovers...named to the 2012 Academic All-Patriot League Team and the 2012 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Junior Year (2011): Named a junior co-captain...saw action in six games...finished the season with one point from a goal against Fairfield on March 19...had a total of six groundballs...picked up a pair of groundballs against Navy...also had groundballs against Holy Cross, Fairfield, No. 12/12 Bucknell and No. 5/6 Maryland...named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Sophomore Year (2010): Played in all 13 games at midfield … Collected 10 groundballs and forced two turnovers on the season ... Grabbed a season-high three groundballs against Lafayette.

Freshman Year (2009): Played in 12 games … Collected two groundballs and forced one turnover on the season.

High School: A four-year letterwinner for Brian Dooley at Rye … Named a high school All-American in 2008 ... Also all-section selection in 2008, honorable mention in 2007 … Named the George "Butch" Nordstrom Award winner for most outstanding male athlete at Rye ...
