Senior Year (2011): Played in a career-high 30 matches and 110 sets in her final season with the Raiders ... finished second on the team with 254 kills and averaged 2.31 per set ... named second team All-Patriot League ... posted a career-high 24 aces, which was third on the team ... she led the squad with 68 total blocks with 58 coming assisted and 10 solo ... scored 10 or more kills in 10 matches with a season-high 15 comign in three matches ... had a 11 kills in the sweep of Boston College on Sept. 3 ... posted 13 kills, three service aces and six digs against New Mexico State in a 3-1 loss on Sept. 16 ... tallied 14 kills, four digs and four blocks in a loss to Duquesne on Sept. 17 and followed that with a season-high 15 kills at Navy on Sept. 23 ... she added a season-high 10 digs ... recorded 13 kills at Syracuse on Oct. 5 in a 3-0 loss ... had another 15-kill performance with three assists and seven digs in a 3-1 win over Cornell on Oct. 11 ... had her third 15-kill match against American on Oct. 21 in a 3-1 loss at home ... tallied a career-high four aces against Army on Oct. 15.

Before Colgate: A three-year letterwinner at Hempfield High School … helped lead Hempfield to the 2006 Pennsylvania State AAA Championship and to the 2006 District III Championship … the Knights were the District III Runner-Up in both 2005 and 2007 … named an honorable mention All-American by Prep Volleyball as a senior … captured all-state honors as a junior and senior … selected to the Lancaster Lebanon All-Star first team as a junior and senior and captured second-team honors as a sophomore … also was voted to the District III all-district team and garnered the most valuable player award at the Pottsville Tournament as a senior … served as a team captain as a senior … Dougherty played club volleyball for R&B Select Volleyball Club in 2007 … helped R&B to 13th place at the AAU National Championship Open, a fourth-place finish at the NEQ Open and to the championships at the Yorktown 18’s tournament and R&B LVC 18’s Invitational … currently plays club volleyball for Revolution directed by Mike Schall … was a member of the Key Club and Varsity Club.
