Finished on a time of 27:11.5 in the 8k at the Paul Short run... Raced a 26:01.6 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships... Placed 64th with a 26:56.0 8k time at the Patriot League Championships. 

Before Colgate
Received All-State honors for cross country in 2021 and 2022…Montgomery County Cross Country Champion (2021)...All-IAC Honors for cross country in 2021 and 2022…Named Track & Field MVP in 2022 and was a three-time captain. Also played one year of basketball at the Landon School.
