Junior Year (2008-09): Outdoor: Competed primarily in distance events … Ran a career-best time of 18:43.75 in the 5,000-meter run at the Bison Classic ... Indoor Track: Ran a personal-best time of 10:46.83 in the 3,000-meter run at the Patriot League Championship ... Also posted a season-best time of 19:22.65 in the 5,000-meter run at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games.

Sophomore Year (2007-08): Indoor Track: Competed in four meets … Ran a season-best time of 10:52.94 to finish sixth in the 3,000 at the Class of ’32 Invitational … Clocked at 5:23.90 for seventh place in the mile at the Syracuse Invitational.
