Spring Season:  Coxswain for second varsity four boat that notched a second place finish in its heat at the Colgate Regatta…bow for 2V4 boat that placed fourth in its heat at the NYS Collegiate Championship.
Honors: Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Get to Know: A 2020 graduate of Deerfield Academy … Participated in ice hockey, field hockey, and softball for The Big Green in the NEPSAC … Selected athlete of the week multiple times … Captained the ice hockey and field hockey teams’ senior year … Was a dormitory assistant in boarding school, Green Key leader, head campus tour guide, American Red Cross student ambassador… Recipient of the MVP award at the ice hockey Cushing Invitational Tournament … Named All NEPSAC League MVP for field hockey during junior year … Selected to attend the 2015 national development hockey camp in MN … Transferred to Colgate from Hobart and William Smith Colleges after freshman year … Began rowing at age 20.

Born: Olivia Margaret Mikesell in Grosse Pointe, Michigan … Parents are Laura and John Mikesell … Has one brother, Kyle, and one sister, Meredith.
 
Fun Facts about Mikesell: enjoys cross country rollerblading, favorite animal is a big dog, favorite snacks are pretzel rods, sister Meredith is in the same grade, but they are not twins, and greatest inspiration is Cammi Granato.
