Senior (2023)
Finished in 35th place with a time of 19:35.5 in the 5k at the Harry Lang Invitational... Raced a 24:11.5 at the Yellowjacket Invitational's 6k... Ended on a time of 23:50.7 in the 6k at the Paul Short run... Placed in the top-200 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships with a time of 23:50.3... In her final race at the Harry H. Lang Cross Country Course, she san a 24:38.1, good for 64th place. 

Junior (2022)
Raced in six meets…posted a 4.8k time of 18:47.1 in the Harry Lang Invitational…raced a 6k time of 24:23.7 at the ECAC/IC4A…finished with a time of 22:31.6 in the Patriot League Championships…finished with a 6k time of 22:56.2 in the NCAA Regionals. 

Sophomore (2021)
Raced in five meets...posted a season-best 6K time of 23:53.6 at Paul Short Invite…finished 34^th at UAlbany with 5K time of 20:25.3…placed 58^th at Patriot League Championship with 6K time of 24:00.6.

Freshman (2020-21)
Competed in the lone meet for Colgate … Finished 66th at the Patriot League Championships with a time of 23:24.1.

Before Colgate
Competed in cross country, track and field, swimming and basketball at Ottumwa High School…State Champion in the 4x800 Relay in 2019…claimed the individual Cross Country Conference Championship in 2018…three-time individual state qualifier in 2017, 2018, and 2019…helped guide her cross country team to two CIML Metro titles in 2017 and 2019…named to the Senior All-Star Cross Country Meet…three-time multiple event Drake Relays Qualifier…three-time multiple event Conference Event Champion…Vice President of National Honor Society…Class Officer Vice President…member of student council, Gear-Up Ambassador, Meistersingers Honor Choir, and Show Choir.
