Outdoor Track: Ran in 4 meets...Finished first in the 1500m at the Utica Pioneer Spring Invite...Finished first in the 800m at the UB Alumni Invitational
Indoor Track: Ran in 5 meets… Finished 10th in the 800m at the Sykes & Sabock Challenge… Member of the women’s 4x400m team at the Patriot League Indoor Championships finishing in 9th place.

Junior (2022/2023)
Outdoor Track: Ran in six meets… Ran a personal best at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the women's 1500m with a time of 4:32.80… Scored an eighth place finish in both the women’s 800m and 1500m at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships…Finished six and ran a personal best in the women’s mile at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a time of 5:19.21.
Indoor Track: Ran in seven meets…Member of the Women’s 4x400 team who finished fourth at the 115th Millrose Games… Finished fourth at the Ramapo College Opener in the women’s 800m with a time of 2:19.58. 

Sophomore (2021/22)
Outdoor Track: Participated in all seven meets ...recorded a PR in the mile and took 15th place at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational ...placed third in the 3000-meter run at the UB Spring Opener ...took second in the 800-meter run at the Holy Cross Invite. 
Indoor Track: Competed in five meets ...won the 800-meter run at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational ...posted a PR in the 400 and took third place at the Utica Pioneer Invite ...helped distance medley relay team to a ninth place finish at Patriot League Indoor Championship.  

First Year (2020/21)
Outdoor Track: Competed in one meet for Colgate … Was a member of the ninth place 4x800-meter relay team at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships.
Indoor Track: Ran in one indoor meet for the Raiders … Finished third in the 800-meter dash with a time of 2:26.79.

Before Colgate
Competed in cross country, track and field, swimming and basketball at Ottumwa High School…State Champion in the 4x800 Relay in 2019…claimed the individual Cross Country Conference Championship in 2018…three-time individual state qualifier in 2017, 2018, and 2019…helped guide her cross country team to two CIML Metro titles in 2017 and 2019…named to the Senior All-Star Cross Country Meet…three-time multiple event Drake Relays Qualifier…three-time multiple event Conference Event Champion…Vice President of National Honor Society…Class Officer Vice President…member of student council, Gear-Up Ambassador, Meistersingers Honor Choir, and Show Choir.
