Before Colgate
Transferred to Colgate after spending one semester at Western Carolina…attended Greensboro Day School playing for longtime head coach Freddy Johnson…was a member of a Greensboro Day squad that claimed its third consecutive NCISAA 4-A state championship and averaged 11.2 points and 6.2 rebounds during his senior season…in addition to earning All-Piedmont Triad Conference honors, Evtimov was named to HSXTRA.com All-Area Second Team and was selected to play in the Triad High School All-Star Classic…played AAU Basketball for Team United and head coach Ed Cooke.
