Junior (2023)
The second-fasted Raider at the Harry Lang Invitational with a time of 20:08.4... A career-best 25:49.6 in the 8k race was good for 13th place, and helped Colgate finish second as a team at the Yellowjacket Invitational... Ran to a time of 25:57.2 in the 8k to finish as the fastest Raider and 63rd overall at the Paul Short run... Was again the fastest Raider at the IC4A/ECAC Championships, running a 25:27.8... Finished first for the Raiders and 30th overall at the Patriot League Championships. 

Sophomore (2022)
Raced in four meets…raced a 8k time of 26:57.5 in the ECAC/IC4A…crossed the finish line with a time of 26:54.6 in the Patriot League Championships…did not finish in the NCAA Regionals.

Freshman (2021)
Competed in all seven of Colgate’s races…led the Raiders at the University of Rochester Yellowjacket Invitational placing 58th out of 226 runners with a time of 27:18.6…Posted a PR at the Paul Short Invite with an 8K time of 26:22.4….finished 62nd at the IC4A/ECAC Championship, coming in at 27:20.2.

Competed in Cross Country and Track at Newton High School and the Dual County League...was 2020 Dual County League Champions in Cross Country.. was Dual County League All-Star in 2019 and 2020.
