HAMILTON – Colgate will head to the Patriot League tournament riding a six-game winning streak after dispatching Bucknell 10-2 in the series finale Sunday afternoon at Eaton Street Complex.
Colgate pounded 10 hits, including five extra base knocks, led by Nora Megenity, Kayla Martin, and Marina Taveras, who each had two. Martin (4) and Lily Haluska (3) combined for seven RBIs to back stellar pitching from Kelcie McGraw and Maya Servedio.

Megenity lifted the Raiders to an early lead with a solo shot over the fence in right center. Her 21st home run of the season put her in the record books for the most runs scored in a single season in program history (49) and staked Colgate an early 1-0 advantage.
Martin added two more in the frame, scoring Taveras and Raffaelli with her 15th double of the season, expanding the lead to 3-0 in the bottom of the first. Bucknell trimmed its deficit to 3-1 with an RBI single by Tori Kirkpatrick in the second inning.
A sacrifice fly by Meadow Gambacurta cut Bucknell's deficit to 3-2, before Colgate blew the game open with six runs in the fourth. Haluska ripped a bases-clearing double to left-center and Martin blasted a two-run shot to extend the lead to 9-2.
Megenity opened the fifth with a single, setting the stage for the run-rule victory. She advanced to second on a wild pitch before scoring on a line-drive single up the middle by Taveras to put the run-rule in effect with the Raiders securing the 10-2 victory.
