Labelle Picks Up Forward of the Week

Senior netted first career hat trick and overtime game-winner

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. - Simon Labelle was named ECAC Forward of the Week, presented by Bluebird Hotels, the conference announced on Monday.

Labelle scored five goals over the weekend including his first career hat trick in Saturday's 4-0 win over Brown. The forward also netted the game-winner 42 seconds into overtime on Friday to defeat Yale.

The senior has posted six goals in the last three games and is tied for second in points on the Raiders.

Labelle and the Raiders are back at home this weekend as they take on RPI and Union. Both puck drops are set for 7 p.m. at Class of 1965 Arena.
