BETHLEHEM, Pa.  — Junior wide receiver Treyvhon Saunders was selected as the Patriot League's Offensive Player of the Week after posting 16 receptions for 123 yards in Colgate's 27-17 loss at Penn on Saturday. 

The Raiders' offensive captain broke Colgate's single-game receptions record previously set in 1998 by Corey Hill '99. His 16 catches also ties the Patriot League's single-game mark that was previously set by Lehigh's Troy Pelletier in 2017. 

Saunders now sits eighth all-time in program history for career receptions with 130 grabs, trailing Garrett Oakey '22 in seventh place who finished his career with 142 receptions.

So far in 2024, Saunders' 38 receptions rank first in the Patriot League, second in the FCS and sixth in all of Division I. He also sits third in the conference with 370 receiving yards, good for the 16th highest output in the FCS.
