Patriot League Recognizes Student-Athletes for Academic Success

HAMILTON – Colgate athletics placed 218 student-athletes on the Patriot League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll, giving the Raiders 350 total honorees for 2022-23.

Colgate's 350 honorees tied last year's total for the highest in program history. Men's lacrosse led the way with 32 honorees on the winter/spring list, followed by men's track and field (30), women's rowing (27), and women's lacrosse (19).

To be eligible for the Patriot League Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and participate in one of the Patriot League's championship sports.

The winter/spring academic honor roll is comprised of student-athletes from the 15 sports that conduct their League championship during the spring semester, including baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's golf, men's and women's lacrosse, men's and women's swimming and diving, men's and women's tennis, men's and women's track & field, women's rowing and softball. The fall academic honor roll encompasses student-athletes from men's and women's cross country, field hockey, football, men's and women's soccer and volleyball.
