Outdoor Track: Participated in six meets ...posted a PR in the 3000-meter run at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a time of 9:06.42 ...placed seventh in the 5000-meter run at the Lafayette Open ... notched an 18th place finish in the 1500 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championship. 
Indoor Track: Ran in three meets ...finished second in the mile at the Colgate Class of '32 Invitational .... posted a personal-best mile time of 4:39.27 and placed 17th at the Patriot League Indoor Championship. 

Freshman (2020-21)
Outdoor Track: Ran in all four outdoor meets … Placed fifth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Lehigh Season Opener … Ran a personal best in the 5K with a time of 16:22.90 at the 2021 Lafayette Open.
Indoor Track: Ran in one indoor meet … Placed fifth in the mile with a time of 4:39.76 at the Patriot League Pod Meet.

Before Colgate
Competed in cross country and track and field at Concord Carlisle…helped guide high school team to Massachusetts Division I State Championship as a junior in 2018…garnered back-to-back Dual County League All-Star honors in 2017 and 2018 in cross country…owns a personal-best mark of 2:42 in the 1,000-meter run and 4:20 time in the 1,500-meter run…holds a personal-best five-kilometer mark of 16:14…holds a 9:54 personal-record mark in the two-mile run…was a member of Student Senate, History Reading Group, Mentors in Violence Prevention, and School Newspaper.
