HAMILTON, N.Y. – Colgate Athletics announced the spring schedules for eight Raider teams, including men's golf, men's and women's lacrosse, softball, men's and women's swimming and diving, men's and women's tennis, and men's and women's track and field.
 
The spring schedules, in correspondence with the Patriot League, are the latest batch of regular season slates with championship dates announced. Game, match and competition times will continue to be updated as they become available for each team. Stay tuned for the men's and women's rowing schedules to be released in the near future.

Men's Golf
2021-22 Schedule
Patriot League Championship Dates: April 29-May 1, 2022
 
The Raiders look to pick up from their strong fall season with six tournaments scheduled in 2022. Colgate debuts with back-to-back weekends in Maryland, first the Carpetbagger Classic March 19-20 in Urbana, and then the Battle at Rum Pointe March 26-27 in Berlin. The Raiders head to Pennsylvania for two tournaments in April before a head-to-head tournament with St. Bonaventure April 23-24 in Olean. Colgate closes out the season with the Patriot League championships at Lafayette April 29-May 1.
 
Men's Lacrosse 
2022 Schedule
Patriot League Championship Dates: May 3-8, 2022

The Raiders begin the 2022 campaign in North Carolina, facing off against High Point on Feb. 11 and UNC on Feb. 13. Colgate returns home for two non-conference games against Air Force (Feb. 19) and Hobart (Feb. 25) before hosting Boston on March 5 in the first of eight Patriot League contests. In total, the Raiders' schedule features 14 games, seven on the road and seven on Crown Field at Andy Kerr Stadium. Colgate fits in non-conference match-ups against Ivy League programs Cornell and Harvard on March 29 and Apr. 2, respectively, before setting their sights on the postseason conference tournament. The top-seeded team hosts the tournament semifinals and final May 6 and 8.
 
Women's Lacrosse
2022 Schedule
Patriot League Championship Dates: May 1-7, 2022
 
Embracing the Central New York winter climate, the Raiders begin their 2022 season with three games (UVM - Feb. 12, Binghamton - Feb. 16, Albany - Feb. 19) on their home field at Andy Kerr Stadium. That is followed by six straight road games; Colgate stays within the Empire State to face off against St. Bonaventure (Feb. 26), Siena (March 2), Cornell (March 9), and Wagner (March 12) and then travels to Nashville on March 16 to take on Vanderbilt to close out the non-conference portion of their schedule. The Raiders open Patriot League play at Boston University on March 19, the first of nine regular season league contests leading up to the Patriot League Tournament semifinals on May 5, followed by the championship on May 7.

Softball
2022 Schedule
Patriot League Tournament Dates: May 12-14, 2022
 
The 2022 schedule features 41 regular season games, including nine contests at the Eaton Street Softball Complex. Colgate opens Feb. 11-13 with five games in Boiling Springs, N.C. against Gardner-Webb, Rhode Island, and Youngstown State. The Raiders will play 18 non-conference games in three different states including North Carolina, Alabama, and Arizona before Patriot League play begins in April.  
 
The Raiders will play 18 Patriot League games, starting April 2 at Holy Cross. Each conference series will feature the traditional three-game format. Colgate's home opener is April 16 against Bucknell, which opens a six-game homestand with the Bison and Boston University coming to Hamilton back-to-back weekends. The Raiders will visit Holy Cross, Lafayette, and Lehigh before capping off the regular season at home against Army May 7-8.  
Men's Tennis 
2022 Schedule
Patriot League Championship Dates: April 28-May 1, 2022

Colgate has 19 regular season matches scheduled for this spring, starting Feb. 4 at Penn State. The Raiders make their home debut Feb. 13 against Siena which opens a four-match homestand spanning nearly two weeks with ensuing battles against Le Moyne, Niagara and Hobart (Feb. 19-26). Patriot League play begins March 27 at Lehigh and the Raiders follow up with Bucknell, Boston University and Lafayette before closing out the regular season with back-to-back home matches against Monmouth and Navy (April 15-16).

Women's Tennis 
2022 Schedule
Patriot League Championship Dates: April 21-24, 2022

18 regular season matches and eight home competitions highlight Colgate's spring schedule. The Raiders open with consecutive road matchups at Saint Francis (Feb. 6) and Providence (Feb. 12) before four straight home contests against Siena, Le Moyne, Niagara and Binghamton (Feb. 13-26). Colgate also hosts non-conference foes Marist (March 12), Merrimack (March 26) and Monmouth (April 15). The Raiders visit Holy Cross, Lehigh, Bucknell and Lafayette during Patriot League play before the championships at the end of April.
 
Men's and Women's Track & Field
2022 Schedule
Patriot League Indoor Championship Dates: Feb. 26-27, 2022
Patriot League Outdoor Championship Dates: May 6-7, 2022

Colgate's indoor track season will start off at the New York Armory at the Ramapo College Season Opener on January 21. The Raiders will then host the Colgate Invitational on Jan. 29, make the short trip to Utica College for the Pioneer Invitational on Feb. 5, and then travel to the very competitive David Hemery Valentine Invitational at Boston University Feb. 11-12 before preparing for the Patriot League Indoor Track and Field Championships at Bucknell Feb. 25-26. The Raiders will look to close out their season with some postseason competition at the IC4A and ECAC meet at Boston University March 4-6.

The men's and women's track teams will head south to start their outdoor season March 18-19 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational in Myrtle Beach, S.C. After a few days of warm weather training, the squads will return north and compete at Lafayette March 26, followed by the University at Buffalo Invitational on April 9. The teams will continue to face some Patriot League competition while attending meets at Bucknell on April 16 and Holy Cross on April 23 before they head to the Naval Academy for the Patriot League Championships May 6-7. The Raiders will look to compete at the IC4A and ECAC Championships May 13-15 and potentially qualify for the NCAA Prelims at Indiana University May 26-28.
