FROM THE SOURCE
Head Coach Heather Young
Thoughts on Saturday's game
"I'm really proud of the team today. We stuck to the game plan and scouting report that Coach Bernie put together. Obviously one thing that's huge for us is not giving up, regardless of the score. I'm really proud of the fight that the girls had, the heart they had and remaining disciplined throughout the game."

Thoughts on Tara Atkinson's performance
"Tara did really well today. She worked pretty hard during the week leading up to today. I did some individual work with her and she just really focused in on a couple of the things she needed to tweak to bring her game to the next level. It's so amazing that she was able to do in just a few days coming off the Army game and taking that confidence into the game today."

Thoughts on Lafayette next week
"A lot will be on us and what we bring to the table. We'll need to make sure we stick to our game plan but also sticking to what Colgate needs to do in running our offense and following our matchups just like today. We have to make sure we give our entire heart and hustle, and leave everything on the line."

UP NEXT
The Raiders close out the regular season next Saturday as they host the Lafayette Leopards for senior day at 1 p.m. at Beyer-Small '76 Field. Saturday also marks Colgate's annual breast cancer awareness game with more information available in the coming week.
