Atkinson tallied her sixth of the season while Brigagliano scored a pair of goals in the final 1:41 of the first half to extend their lead to 6-3.

After O'Hanlon's pair of goals, the Bearcats responded 18 seconds later with their first of two goals within 20 seconds of each other to re-gain a three-goal lead. Stephanie Frolo added a third consecutive Binghamton goal with 4:11 to go in the half to make it a four-goal game.
