ITHACA, N.Y. – A dream start for Colgate couldn't alter 20 years of history.
Cornell completed its 12th straight win over Colgate with a 15-6 decision here Tuesday. Colgate was looking for its first win in the series since 1997.

In addition to Burke, Colgate goal-scorers were
Sam Cleveland,
Griffin Brown,
Nicky Petkevich,
Chase Wittich and
Will Blumenberg. Brown added an assist for the team's only multipoint game.
